These past three days have been most revealing. It is not so much what has been said but how it has been said. Speaking for myself, I will admit to not having deliberately applied my thoughts to what I want from an employer. Neither have I critically looked at what the employer really wants from an employee. In the past three days, I have received a lot of information and I plan to spend this weekend processing what I have learnt. I would like to engage my fellow participants in discussions about what we have seen and heard. Let's get blogging!!
